Tina Digeorge

musician / composer / music consultant

Based out of Los Angeles, California, Tina DiGeorge composes for film and performance, and is songwriter, lead guitarist and lead singer for EZ Tiger.

Tina has been playing music since she was old enough to wrap her hand around the neck of a guitar.  There is music in her bloodlines on both sides of the family including her paternal grandfather who played french horn and trumpet in the New York Philharmonic under Toscanini. Tina’s maternal grandparents introduced her to blues and other roots music and her father was an accomplished musician, as well.

Tina has enjoyed success over the years as a songwriter both in solo endeavors and in various bands, most notably her current band, EZ Tiger.

She has also lent her creative skills to short films, web series, and has even provided music for modern dance choreography.  In 2014 she scored her first feature film, Bad Hurt (Producers Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Pamela Thur, Theo Rossi) premiering at Tribeca Film Festival in 2015. She found a deep passion for composing and looks forward to more film and TV projects as well as continued songwriting and performing with EZ Tiger.

private guitar lessons

Tina’s specialty is tailoring each students lesson plan to their needs and interests.  She began playing guitar at the age of four and music teachers were skeptical that she would be able to hold the instrument much less play it.  She proved them wrong and has been playing in various capacities ever since.  She learned much of what she knew from her father and grandfather and later developed an ear for teaching herself.  She recently had the honor of studying with the world renowned guitar player Pepe Romero. Over the years she has enjoyed bringing her passion to her own guitar students and is currently accepting new students.  Please click the email link below to schedule.
